Iran's request for transparent negotiation.
Iraqi: We want a fair and balanced agreement/ We expect sanctions to be lifted real and tangible.

Sayed Abbas Arakchi at the inauguration ceremony of the Tehran Dialogue, which is being held with the presence of President Massoud Medical, pointed to the crimes of the Zionist regime, saying: "These crimes are genocide and it is unfortunate that the world was unfortunate." It is clear that this situation cannot continue.
She added that developments in the West Asian region have once again proved that the fate of the region should not depend on the decisions of transnational forces.
The Secretary of State also stated: We want a fair and balanced agreement; An agreement within the framework of the non -proliferation treaty, with full respect for Iran's nuclear rights and objectively guarantees the comprehensive lifting of sanctions. The Islamic Republic of Iran adheres to diplomacy and expects the cruel and unilateral sanctions that target our people directly will be lifted real and tangible.
The full text of the speech of the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran at the Tehran Dialogue Assembly is as follows:
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Dear Dr. Medical, Honorable President of the Islamic Republic of Iran;
Respected foreign ministers;
Great guests;
Ladies and gentlemen;
Hi Alikam,
It is a great honor that I am present in such a prominent and thoughtful group today. I sincerely thank you for the valuable presence of all of you, especially Mr. Doctor, the Honorable President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, who, with their expansion -oriented views, have blown a new spirit to Iranian diplomacy and the region.
Here, I would like to commemorate my friend and colleagues, the Honorable Minister, Martyr Hussein Amir Abdollahian, who these days the anniversary of the ascension of the late President Martyr Raisi and the delegation. I also thank my colleagues at the Center for Political and International Studies who have done their utmost to hold this esteemed assembly.
I would like to have a review of the events of the past year. Unfortunately, it was accompanied by bitter events and human catastrophes. At the head of these calamities, the rapes and crimes of the Zionist regime were in Gaza; Crimes that are undoubtedly a prominent and unprecedented example of genocide. A genocide that people around the world saw even live and directly broadcast on television or cyberspace.
Since October 5, more than 60,000 Palestinians have died in the Gaza Strip; Most of them were women and children. Millions of people are displaced and placed in siege and in complete famine. It is unfortunate that the world failed to respond to this crime. The heavy silence of the powers who consider themselves a defender of "human conscience", along with the inability of international institutions to contain this catastrophe, is truly shocking and waking up.
What collapsed in front of our eyes is a set of "moral, legal and political covenants" that were supposed to form the foundations of world order. In fact, what we are seeing is the collapse of the foundations of commitment and collective responsibility for peace, human dignity, and the common global conscience. It is clear that this situation cannot continue.
The West Asian Region needs a fundamental revision in the eyes
Dear thinkers,
The Gaza crisis has once again proved that in addition to the inability of the international system, the fate of the region cannot and should not remain in the decisions and wills of transnational forces. What is introduced by them today as the "reality of the region" is essentially reflecting the deeply "constructed" narratives and perceptions, merely based on their interests, which is necessary to redefine and reform from within the region itself.
The West Asian region needs a fundamental review of itself. The long -term focus on competitions that stem from the illusion of a constant threat has prevented the formation of effective cooperation to solve regional and global problems and provide the basis for destructive interference with trans -regional powers.
Now is the time to transform this "imposed and imposed quasi -reality" and, by relying on shared interaction, understanding, and values, "real, indigenous and desirable order" in the region.
Under such circumstances, the Islamic Republic of Iran has defined its foreign policy path in three fundamental axes in the government: Maximum interaction with neighbors, expanding cooperation with emerging actors and southern world countries, and balanceing relations with world -class power blocks in the East and West. Our foreign policy is based on balance and realism.
The government of Dr. Medical has emphasized the neighborhood policy since the beginning and has been working to expand political, economic and cultural ties with the countries of the region. Today we see Iran and its neighbors - from the Persian Gulf to Central Asia - after years of ups and downs, are moving in the direction of understanding, cooperation and friendship.
In this context, the expansion of relations with Asian, African and Latin America is one of our main foreign policy lines. Iran's membership in institutions such as Brix and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, as well as deepening of cooperation with Islamic countries and members of the Non -Aligned Movement, show that the Islamic Republic of Iran seeks to play an active role in forming a multiplicity, balanced and fair international order.
In our view of the region, the security and prosperity of each country is integrated separately with the security and prosperity of its neighbors. Accordingly, instead of continuing threatening approaches, it is necessary to have an opportunity -based approach and pursue economic interdependence as a sustainable infrastructure for regional peace and stability. We need to prioritize the expansion of economic, commercial, joint ventures, technology transfer and implementation of infrastructure projects, so that we can provide a platform for collective growth and tangible improvement of people's lives.
Peace and security in our region is not possible without honest, deep and comprehensive care to the Palestinian issue
Ladies and gentlemen,
Peace and security in our region are not possible without honest, deep and comprehensive consideration of the Palestinian issue. Today, the issue of Palestine is the most important and urgent issue on the regional agenda. For more than seventy years, the land of Palestine has been trapped in the occupation, oppression and injustice. The fact that the Israeli regime has become a chronic threat to regional peace and stability; The threat to occupation, apartheid, genocide and access to a arsenal of weapons of mass destruction.
We propose a peaceful solution to the Palestinian issue: holding a national referendum with the participation of all the original Palestinian lands - Muslim, Christian and Jewish - to decide on the future political system of this land. This democratic and pervasive solution, inspired by the successful experience of combating apartheid in South Africa, can end the decades of occupation, discrimination, and injustice, providing the basis for the return of refugees and the formation of a unified and inclusive state throughout historical Palestine.
Iran has never sought nuclear weapons and is not
Honorable audience,
Along with regional issues, another important aspect of Iran's current foreign policy is the subject of our peaceful nuclear program and unilateral and cruel sanctions imposed on the Iranian nation by the United States.
The Islamic Republic of Iran, as one of the parties to the Non -Publication Treaty (NPT), has never sought nuclear weapons based on its religious and ethical foundations, and pursues its adherence to the principle of non -production and use of mass destruction. We have always tried to address international rational concerns about our country's nuclear program through interaction and transparency.
We want a fair and balanced agreement; An agreement within the framework of the non -proliferation treaty, with full respect for Iran's nuclear rights and objectively guarantees the comprehensive lifting of sanctions. The Islamic Republic of Iran adheres to diplomacy and expects the cruel and unilateral sanctions that target our people directly will be lifted real and tangible.
We believe that such an agreement can serve the interests of the parties and help consolidate peace, security and stability in the region.
In this regard, Iran is ready to launch a new chapter in its relations with Europe if the European parties see a real will and an independent approach. Unfortunately, in recent years, focusing on disputes rather than common points has limited the possibility of cooperation opportunities. However, if Europe also has the will to reform this process, Iran will not find an obstacle to rebuilding mutual trust and expanding relationships. Europe can take an effective role in the development process by adopting a responsible and constructive approach
Play regional stability.
Our diplomacy look toward all countries in the region
Dear audience,
For the first time in decades, the historic opportunity has emerged that the initiative of regional developments, instead of external actors, would be in the hands of the countries themselves. Our nations can open a new path to development, peace and cooperation by recovering the right to self -determination and future design based on their collective will.
A future that is formed not in the rooms of transnational powers, but in regional capitals based on indigenous needs, values and realities.
From this point of view, the recapture of the initiative in the region does not merely mean changing the balance of powers, but rather a transformation in the intellectual and perceptual foundations that legitimate the existing order. As long as the countries of the region can create a new language to describe their reality - a language based on historical memory and common horizons - they will be able to establish institutions, mechanisms and coalitions that are more sustainable, legitimate, and efficient than the arrangements imposed. In that case, the region will be not only the an actor, but the architect of the future order.
To this end, the Islamic Republic of Iran will be a reliable partner and reliable cooperation for the region and all its countries and nations. Our diplomacy view is towards all countries in the region to build a strong and convergent region, inspired by the central slogan of the Islamic Republic of Iran's government.
Thank you for your attention.
